When you come to counselling I offer a non-judgemental confidential space to explore your feelings, thoughts and problems.

Types of Therapy
Therapy provides individuals with a supportive environment to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, leading to enhanced self-awareness, improved coping skills, and ultimately, a better quality of life.
Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is an approach that focuses on how thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect behaviour.
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a therapeutic approach that examines relationships and communication patterns to promote personal growth and change. Individuals interested in understanding and improving their relationships, communication skills, and emotional responses.
Gestalt Therapy focuses on the individuals present life rather then past experiences. The approach is interested on understanding the context of the person’s life when considering their current challenges as to how we place meaning and make sense of our world.
Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is used to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives which have impacted on their mental health.
Introductory Session
Initially I offer a free no obligation 30 minute telephone appointment. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. This also gives me the opportunity find out a little bit more about your current situation. Together we can decide if this is the best way forward for you at this time.
